Refund Policy.

Ask us about a billing or product problem

Contact info@ruleevo.com with the invoice or Paddle transaction reference, payment date, the problem and the result you are requesting. For a duplicate charge, incorrect metering or a material technical problem, include enough information for review without sending card numbers, bank logins, API keys or sensitive customer data.

Payments processed by Paddle

For a purchase through Paddle, Paddle's Refund Policy and buyer terms apply. Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support to request a refund. Contact RuleEvo first if a technical problem needs investigation. Paddle determines and processes provider refunds.

Mandatory withdrawal, refund and consumer rights are preserved. A discretionary request within 14 days is reviewed under Paddle's policy and does not guarantee approval. Eligibility, timing and any applicable withdrawal rights depend on the transaction and applicable rules. This page does not replace a more protective right available to you.

Before payment and other agreed services

An uncollected invoice snapshot can be reviewed before checkout. Tell us promptly if a price, usage count or scope is wrong. Separately agreed implementation or human-support services follow their own order and payment terms; they are not silently added to the Starter software bill.

Cancellation and access

Monthly RuleEvo software invoices in this flow are paid individually, without automatic renewal. Request cancellation before the next service month to stop future agreed service. A refund or cancellation may end the relevant service access but does not undo already completed external actions. Reconcile those outcomes and withdraw agent authority separately where appropriate.
