Terms of Service.
1. Who and what these terms cover
RuleEvo is the software and trading brand presented within Fayaper Ventures & Assets. These terms cover this website, its developer materials and an agreed RuleEvo software integration. The contracting operator and any service-specific terms are identified in your order before activation. The portfolio name is not a statement that a separate corporation has been registered. When you buy through Paddle, Paddle acts as the merchant of record for the payment under its checkout and buyer terms. These terms describe use of RuleEvo software. Mandatory rights and more protective applicable rights continue to apply. A separately signed order may specify the agreed scope, deployment, retention, support, cap and service dates.
2. Access and permitted use
Use the service only if you have authority to act for the account or business concerned. Live service access currently requires an agreed integration, supported deployment and issued credentials. Downloading a client or using a browser illustration does not create an account or authorize a live external action.
You may download, use and adapt the supplied JavaScript client and examples without a separate software charge to build your RuleEvo integration. This permission does not give access to another customer's workspace, credentials, data or protected service. Keep server credentials confidential, restrict them to the intended actor and notify info@ruleevo.com promptly about suspected misuse.
3. Service boundaries and your responsibilities
RuleEvo checks authority for integrated routes and records action and outcome evidence. It does not control an agent that bypasses the integration, guarantee that all remote work stops, reverse completed effects, or independently establish the truth of provider statements. Previously admitted work can finish after withdrawal. Unknown outcomes require reconciliation before another write.
You are responsible for authorizing the underlying workflow, choosing resource and spending boundaries, obtaining permission for customer data and third-party services, and implementing durable execution fencing and provider-side deduplication. Begin with a harmless sandbox. Do not use this bounded prototype as the sole safeguard for safety-critical, regulated or irreversible activity. Production use and sensitive data require a separately agreed review and supported arrangement.
4. Pricing and invoices
Starter is USD $10 per UTC calendar month including 10,000 unique authorized prechecks, then USD $0.001 per additional precheck, under an agreed cap. Documentation and the downloadable client are free. Starter includes no scheduled human support; setup, integration and human support are separate, with additional engineering/support at $100/hour only by advance agreement. Provider/model charges and applicable taxes are separate.
Read the billing terms for metering, monthly rounding, activation periods and invoice review. Each monthly software invoice is paid individually. This payment flow does not create an automatically renewing subscription. The provider displays payment and applicable tax details before you approve payment.
5. Data and acceptable conduct
See the Privacy Policy for website and payment-data handling. A live customer integration requires an agreed data scope, retention and access arrangement. Do not upload credentials or sensitive customer data through public contact routes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, evade usage or security controls, interfere with other users, or use the service unlawfully.
6. Changes, cancellation and refunds
Contact info@ruleevo.com before the next service month to stop or change future software access. Already agreed usage and charges remain subject to your order and applicable rights. Cancellation and payment requests do not undo third-party effects; withdraw or replace the underlying authority as appropriate.
The Refund Policy explains how to request review of a payment or a product problem. We may restrict credentials or an integration where required to address misuse, access risk or a material breach, while retaining the recorded evidence needed to resolve the issue. Changes to price or scope apply to future agreed periods and do not silently rewrite a completed invoice.
7. Availability and questions
RuleEvo is a bounded prototype offered through agreed integrations. No uptime, universal compatibility, third-party outcome or security-certification promise is made by this website. The scope and any service commitments must be agreed before activation. Nothing here removes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
